Why doesn't LumaFusion download on my Mac?

We have received reports from several users where LumaFusion cannot be downloaded from the Mac App Store. We do not know why this happens, as LumaFusion is enabled for use on Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26. We have also been unable to reproduce this problem, so we strongly recommend contacting Apple Support here for assistance.
